Welcome to Clinton Printing Co. By using our website, placing an order, uploading files, requesting a quote, or working with our team, you agree to the terms listed below. These terms are here to help keep the ordering process clear, fair, and easy to understand.
1. About Clinton Printing Co.
Clinton Printing Co. provides printing services, design assistance, online ordering, file upload options, custom quotes, and related print production services. We serve individuals, businesses, organizations, and local customers looking for quality printed materials.
2. Orders and Quotes
Orders may be placed online, in person, by phone, or through communication with our team. Some products may be available for direct online ordering, while others may require a custom quote.
Prices shown online are subject to change based on product specifications, quantity, paper stock, finishing options, file quality, shipping, taxes, or custom production needs. If an order requires changes before production, we may provide an updated quote before moving forward.
3. Customer-Provided Files
When you upload or submit artwork, photos, logos, documents, designs, or other files, you are responsible for making sure the files are accurate, complete, and ready for production.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Correct spelling, grammar, dates, names, addresses, phone numbers, and other text

Image quality and resolution

Bleeds, margins, sizing, and layout

Proper file format

Legal permission to use all artwork, logos, photos, fonts, and content provided
Clinton Printing Co. may review files for obvious production concerns, but we are not responsible for catching every error in customer-provided or customer-approved files.
4. Proofs and Approval
Some orders require customer approval before production begins.
For products designed online through our website, customers may be shown an approval screen after completing their design. This approval step may require the customer to review and approve each page of the design before submitting the file to Clinton Printing Co. By approving and submitting the design, the customer confirms that the artwork, spelling, layout, images, page order, colors, and all other details are correct and ready for production.
For files uploaded directly to Clinton Printing Co., or for projects designed by our team, we may provide a print-ready proof for customer review before production. This proof allows the customer to review the final layout, text, sizing, images, and overall appearance before printing.
Once a design or proof is approved, the customer accepts responsibility for the final content. Clinton Printing Co. is not responsible for errors that were present in an approved design or proof, including spelling mistakes, incorrect dates, wrong names, missing information, low-resolution images, layout concerns, or other customer-approved details.
Production may not begin until approval is received when approval is required.
5. Color and Print Variation
We work hard to produce accurate, high-quality printed materials. However, printed colors may vary from what appears on a screen. Monitor settings, paper type, ink, coating, lighting, and production methods can all affect the final appearance.
Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless a specific color-matching service is requested and agreed upon before production.
6. Turnaround Times
Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on order details, file readiness, proof approval, material availability, production schedule, shipping, and other factors.
If a project is time-sensitive, please let our team know before placing your order. We will do our best to meet requested deadlines, but rush production or delivery may require additional charges.
7. Payment
For online orders placed through our website, payment is processed online at checkout. We currently accept debit cards, credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for online purchases.
For in-store purchases, Clinton Printing Co. accepts cash and card payments. We may also accept card payments over the phone when needed.
Payment may be required before production begins unless other arrangements have been approved by Clinton Printing Co. Custom orders, design services, or quoted projects may require payment before files are prepared, proofs are created, or production is started.
8. Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds
Because many printed products are custom-made, cancellations or changes may not be available once production has started.
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us at 563-242-7895 as soon as possible. If work has already begun, you may be responsible for design time, setup time, materials, or production costs already incurred.
Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Custom printed products may not be refundable unless there is a production error caused by Clinton Printing Co.
9. Reprints and Production Issues
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us promptly. We may ask to review photos, files, or the printed materials to determine the cause of the issue.
If Clinton Printing Co. made a production error, we will reprint, correct, or otherwise resolve the issue. We are not responsible for errors caused by customer-provided files, approved proofs, low-resolution artwork, incorrect order details, or changes requested after approval.
10. Shipping and Pickup
Orders may be available for local pickup or shipping, depending on the product and order details selected at checkout or confirmed with our team.
Most shipped orders are sent through UPS Ground. Delivery times may vary based on the shipping destination, but UPS Ground orders typically arrive within 3 to 8 business days after shipment from our store location. Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, incorrect addresses, holidays, or other issues outside of our control.
For in-store pickup orders, customers will receive a pickup-ready email once their order is complete and available at Clinton Printing Co. Please wait until you receive this email before coming to pick up your order.
11. Design Services
If design services are requested, Clinton Printing Co. may provide layout, design, editing, or setup assistance. Design work includes an additional charge.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, design files, working files, templates, and editable source files created by Clinton Printing Co. remain the property of Clinton Printing Co. Final printed products or approved final files may be provided based on the scope of the order.
12. Ownership and Use of Customer Content
You retain ownership of the content you provide to us. By submitting files, artwork, logos, images, or text, you give Clinton Printing Co. permission to use those materials as needed to complete your order.
You confirm that you have the rights, licenses, or permission needed to use any content you submit.
13. Prohibited Content
Clinton Printing Co. reserves the right to refuse any order that includes content we believe is unlawful, harmful, misleading, infringing, abusive, obscene, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
We may also refuse work that appears to violate copyright, trademark, privacy, or other legal rights.
14. Website Use
You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful files, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
We may update, change, or remove website features, product listings, pricing, or content at any time.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Clinton Printing Co. is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to your use of our website, printed products, delays, file issues, shipping issues, or services.
Our total responsibility for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that specific order.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
